In today's digital landscape, cyber threats continue to evolve at an alarming rate. The FBI Las Vegas Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBILVCAAA) is proud to support the FBI's efforts to combat these threats through the annual "Byte the Bullet" event.
Note: The Byte the Bullet event is organized, managed, and sponsored by the FBI Las Vegas Field Office. The FBILVCAAA is proud to support this initiative, but all event selection, invitations, and official communications are handled exclusively by the FBI. For information about upcoming events, please contact the FBI Las Vegas Field Office directly.
The yearly Byte the Bullet event is an exclusive opportunity where industry experts are invited by the FBI to meet and greet members of the FBI Cyber Task Force. The vision for this event is to bring together passionate individuals who all have one common goal – preventing and stopping cyber crime.
These networking sessions create valuable connections between the FBI and private sector cybersecurity professionals, fostering collaboration that extends well beyond the event itself. The relationships formed during Byte the Bullet often lead to enhanced information sharing and coordinated responses to cyber threats.
The hope is that these relationships formed will continue beyond the event – relationships that one day may solve big challenges in the cybersecurity landscape.
Each year, Byte the Bullet features:
Attendees gain valuable insights into the FBI's approach to cybersecurity while contributing their own expertise to the ongoing dialogue about protecting our digital infrastructure. This collaborative environment helps bridge the gap between public and private sector efforts in combating cyber threats.
The FBILVCAAA proudly supports the Byte the Bullet initiative through:

As part of our mission to support the FBI's community outreach efforts, the FBILVCAAA remains committed to assisting programs that facilitate dialogue between cybersecurity professionals and law enforcement.
