SPIRIT OF GIVING
Every holiday season, the FBI Las Vegas Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBILVCAAA) partners with the FBI Las Vegas Field Office to spread joy and support to those in need through our annual Spirit of Giving campaign. This initiative embodies our commitment to community service and demonstrates how partnerships between law enforcement and community organizations can make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

The Spirit of Giving initiative focuses on providing essential items, gifts, and support to vulnerable populations in our community during the holiday season. Through the generous contributions of our alumni members, FBI employees, and community partners, we've been able to make a significant impact on families facing challenging circumstances.

OUR COMMUNITY PARTNERS
The Spirit of Giving initiative has proudly supported several organizations throughout the years, including:
- Andre Agassi Boys & Girls Club: Providing backpacks, toys, and gifts for children
- Olive Crest: Supporting foster families with pajamas, toys, crafts, and gift cards
- Local Shelters: Delivering essential items to homeless and abused women and children in crisis
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Each year, the FBILVCAAA and FBI Las Vegas collaborate to identify organizations and communities in need of support. Our volunteers then work to collect donations, organize distribution, and ensure that our contributions reach those who need them most.
Recent Spirit of Giving initiatives have included:
- Backpack and school supply drives for children
- Holiday gift collections for families in crisis
- Essential item packages for shelters supporting women and children
- Winter clothing drives for homeless individuals
- Food donations for families experiencing food insecurity
THE IMPACT OF YOUR SUPPORT
Through the generosity of our members and partners, the Spirit of Giving program has been able to reach hundreds of individuals in need each year. Your contributions, whether through donations, volunteer time, or spreading awareness, directly impact the lives of vulnerable members of our community.
FESTIVE DELIVERY
One of the highlights of our Spirit of Giving program is the festive delivery caravan. Working with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD), we organize a special procession of vehicles to deliver gifts to the Andre Agassi Boys & Girls Club and other organizations. This joyful parade of flashing lights brings extra excitement to the children and families receiving support.
GET INVOLVED
The Spirit of Giving campaign relies on the support of our alumni members and community partners. There are several ways you can contribute to this meaningful initiative:
- Donate Items: Contribute new, unwrapped toys, clothing, school supplies, or other requested items during our collection drives.
- Volunteer: Help with sorting, packaging, and delivering donations.
- Sponsor: Provide financial support to help purchase needed items for specific age groups or needs.
- Spread Awareness: Share information about our initiatives with your networks to increase our reach and impact.
