OUR MISSION
The FBI Las Vegas Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBILVCAAA) is dedicated to supporting the FBI Las Vegas Field Office through community outreach, education, and engagement initiatives. As graduates of the FBI Citizens Academy, our members work to strengthen the partnership between the FBI and the communities it serves.
Our mission is to promote a safer community through public education on the role of federal law enforcement, specifically the mission and resources of the FBI. We accomplish this through a variety of programs and initiatives that foster understanding, collaboration, and mutual respect.
CORE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
FBI CITIZENS ACADEMY
The Citizens Academy is an engaging six-to-eight-week program that gives business, religious, civic, and community leaders an inside look at the FBI. Classes meet in the evening at the FBI field office, fostering greater understanding of federal law enforcement through frank discussion and education.
