OUR MISSION
The FBI Las Vegas Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBILVCAAA) is dedicated to supporting the FBI Las Vegas Field Office through community outreach, education, and engagement initiatives. As graduates of the FBI Citizens Academy, our members work to strengthen the partnership between the FBI and the communities it serves across Nevada.
Our mission is to promote a safer community through public education on the role of federal law enforcement, specifically the mission and resources of the FBI. We accomplish this through a variety of programs and initiatives that foster understanding, collaboration, and mutual respect.
CORE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
FBI CITIZENS ACADEMY
The Citizens Academy is an eight-week program that gives business, religious, civic, and community leaders an inside look at the FBI. Classes meet Thursday evenings at the FBI Las Vegas Field Office, building greater understanding of federal law enforcement through frank discussion and education.

The FBI Teen Academy gives high school students an interactive introduction to the FBI and its mission. Participants gain insight into FBI career paths, investigative techniques, and the role the Bureau plays in protecting our communities.

Every holiday season, the FBILVCAAA partners with the FBI Las Vegas Field Office to provide essential items, gifts, and support to vulnerable populations in our community through our annual Spirit of Giving campaign.

BYTE THE BULLET
The FBILVCAAA supports the FBI's efforts to combat cyber threats through the annual "Byte the Bullet" event, which brings together industry experts and FBI Cyber Task Force members to network and collaborate against cybercrime.
